Do not send passwords, API keys, customer personal information, payment data, or storefront password credentials.

Before contacting us

1. Confirm that the monitored product or landing page is published on the installed shop.
2. Confirm that the Add to Cart control is visible on the selected device.
3. Review the latest run's outcome, failed step, and error code.
4. Check whether a theme or storefront change occurred near the failure time.
